Booking questions
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No. Microphones, headphones, cameras and lights for your chosen format are in the room, and an operator sets them up.
How many people can record?
Audio and Video Podcast sessions fit one to three people. Vertical Video is framed for one person.
What do I take home?
Audio sessions include separate tracks with basic level cleanup. Video includes synchronized camera recordings and processed audio. Vertical Video includes the original portrait footage and processed audio.
Can you edit the episode?
Yes, as an add-on when you book. Edits are delivered three business days after recording and do not add studio time.
How and when do I pay?
At the studio after the recording. There is no deposit and no online payment.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the private link you get after booking to pick a new time or cancel, up to 24 hours before the start.
Why can't I book tomorrow morning?
Bookings open 24 hours ahead so the room can be prepared for your format.
